Achdus Yisroel v. City of Postville is a proposed class action. No case has been filed yet.

In one paragraph: for years, cars parked at the church's curb on one block of one road in Postville with no ticket, while members of the synagogue one block south were ticketed at the same edge of the same road. The community wrote to the City in September 2026 and asked for the same treatment. The City said no. On October 12, 2026, the City Council passed Ordinance #716-26, which, as described at the meeting, bans parking on both sides of the road.
